Dresden Carl Thieme Reticulated Plate, Hand Painted, on a Hoechst wheel mark Blank. This is part of a Trio Sold Separately, All matching Blanks, Just different Floral Medallions. The Gold Gilt on the well edge is all painted exactly. I feel certain these were all Carl Thieme. See CT83 CT 84
